What Should I Expect from the Signature Detail? Our Signature Detail includes:
Exterior Wash: Foam wash, synthetic clay decontamination, iron deposit removal, wheel cleaning, glass cleaning, and paint sealant protection.
Exterior Detail: Includes an Exterior Wash and a One-Step Paint Correction to remove all of the swirls and marring on the paint surface.
Interior Detail: Vacuuming, dash and door cleaning, leather and fabric conditioning, and removal of dirt and debris from the engine compartment.
While we aim for perfection, some factors like pre-existing damage or heavily set-in stains may limit the final outcome.

What Should I Expect After Scheduling my Appointment? You’ll receive an email or text confirmation of your appointment and a representative will reach out via phone to confirm your vehicle information and location.
- What If My Car Is In a Garage? Garaged cars are ideal for our mobile detailing setup.
- If your car is in a private or public garage, we can complete the service as long as there’s enough space to work safely and access the vehicle.

- How long does a Signature Detail take? The duration of our Signature Detail services depends on the size and condition of your vehicle but typically takes between 2 to 4 hours. We’ll give you an estimated time when you book your appointment.

- How Do You Handle Paint Chips and Dents? Our detailing service enhances your car’s appearance but does not repair physical damage such as:
- Paint chips, deep scratches or dents
- If requested, we can recommend trusted professionals for more paint repair or bodywork.
- What About Leather Condition and Tears? We condition and clean leather to restore its softness and shine. However:
- Minor Wear: Our service can improve the appearance of light cracks or dryness.
- Tears or Deep Cracks: These require specialized leather repair, which we don’t provide.
- Can You Remove Fabric Stains? Our interior cleaning includes stain treatment for seats, carpets, and floor mats.
- Light Stains: Typically, we can remove or significantly reduce them.
- Deep-Set Stains: While we’ll do our best, some stains (e.g., ink, dye transfer) may be permanent and require advanced methods.

How can I pay for my service?We accept various forms of payment, including credit/debit cards, and digital payment options like Apple Pay. Payment is made easy and secure through our online booking system.

What if I need to cancel or reschedule my appointment?We understand that plans change. You can cancel or reschedule your appointment up to 24 hours before the scheduled time without any fees. Please contact us directly if you need to make changes to your appointment.
- What Happens If It Rains? Weather is unpredictable, but we’ve got you covered!
- If your appointment falls on a rainy day, we’ll reach out to reschedule for a more convenient time.
- For garaged cars, we can still provide full service since we operate rain or shine in covered locations
- Do You Handle Vomit or Pest? Yes, but with some caveats.
- Vomit: We can clean and disinfect areas affected by vomit for an additional $95 fee due to the specialized cleaning products and time required.
- Pest: For cars with infestations, we recommend extermination services first before detailing.

What products do you use? We use only the finest car care products from industry-leading brands like Gyeon, Koch Chemie, CarPro, CLEAN by Pan, 3D Polishes and P&S. These products are chosen for their superior performance and ability to provide long-lasting protection and shine.

Do you need access to water and electricity to detail my car?No, we come fully equipped with everything needed to perform a complete detail. Our mobile setup includes water and power, so we can service your vehicle wherever it's parked, whether at your home, garage, office, or any other location, we come to you.

Do You Need Access to My Keys? Yes, we require access to your vehicle’s keys to ensure a thorough cleaning.
This allows us to clean areas such as under the seats, door jams, and other often-overlooked spots.

What If My Car Is Extremely Dirty? Our Signature Detail is designed to handle vehicles in need of serious care. However, in cases of excessive dirt, mud, or debris:
